The Construction Manager or General Contractor is the Main Brain to the construction. The CM/GC over looks all the ingredients of the project. The CM/GC will execute all phases as per schedule to ensure that work is stimulated within budget and with high quality.

 

The CM/GC will review the design and drawings to revise any slight errors that might arise if the architect has drawn the plans but no 3D is provided the CM/GC will at most cases take the liberty to have these available.  The CM/GC will meet with the city Engineers and provide permits and zoning if needed with ensuring surety bonds are in place. The CM/GC will have several meetings before the ground is broken to synchronize  the construction team with timing and understanding of the scheduled construction.

 

The Team with be of highly qualified mangers who do not just understand the formats of construction but engineering and trade construction.

With daily reports done to ensure nothing is left out, or missed creating a tight quality control of all aspects of the project.

 

All Material and products are ordered with guaranteed savings and quality being kept to the highest. During installation of any material it will be installed before and after to quality control the workmanship. Any additional work of corrections will not be accepted without any change orders in place.

 

 

Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Maintenance Bonds will be set in place to allow smooth process of the complete project.

 

An on site office will be set up with full facilities for visitors such as City, and Federal authority.
